Fresh Start Investor LLC Commercial Development (FSI) team work with our lending partners to help grant low interest loans for mid sized and large commercial projects. The various agencies and lenders we work with considers eligibility for profit and nonprofit developers or community developers. FSI lending partners provides both short term and long term loans, which may be obtainable for purchase financing or construction financing.

FSI is particularly pleased to fund projects that provide considerable public benefits including:

Luxury Living
FSI is in the process of acquiring a number of multifamily properties to redevelop which will help restructure a community and build affordable housing that will maintain a diverse base of residents. We are in the process of acquiring millions to complete this project. The initial phase of the project is in the works and should be completed sometime in 2015 and includes 200 units of affordable town home style housing and 11,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. This first phase is part of an overall 9 acre project that will revive a once environmentally polluted area and renew it as an energetic mixed use development, creating both affordable housing and many new jobs.
